Ever think that maybe it'd be a GMS exclusive as of Post-Big Bang? I don't think any other servers have Visitor PQ after Big Bang/Chaos?

Yeah it is unnecessary. The leader has to just have the quest "in progress".
not everyone needs the prequests done, only leader does.

Everyone has to have done the prequests to get in. No medal is needed. People just say that you need the Time Traveler medal because they came out at around the same time and everyone that has that medal usually had done the prequests for VPQ too.

Just by the way, accessing VPQ before it is released as the 5th part of Chaos is only done with hacks.
Okay go in the time traveling machine and go back to when Vpq was out then do the prequests.

I think i figured it out. You need to be in an expedition with 2 people in the first party and 1 person in the second. The 3rd person will have to be a mule. That's what my party did and they got in. I'm going to test this again now.
