lv 2 link out for ds cannoneer
i just checked my skill tab and i see that level 2 link skills are available for demon slayer and cannoneer. but for the other links i have (phantom, mercedes, ab, kaiser, lumi); they're stil level 1. so ya just saying

Yes, but the level 2 link skills are only available to some characters, not all.
