Renegades Shop is the best way imo
Well if you have the time to get 20% scrolls from the Renegades Shop. That would be the BEST way to scroll it and get the most out of your scrolling since you get stats along with attack. If you can't get enough coins to get Clean Slates from the shop too then try WS's. Would be spendy of course but with a weapon like that you'd want to perfect it.

@Spartan Anyone can get the best weapon in the game and not know what to do. I'm new to maple and I got the bow quite easily. I didn't know how to scroll till last week. I mean I never scrolled anything until now

@YoLoLoLo: Find someone who is selling a GM scroll service. Give them your bow. They scroll it, and give it back. It usually costs 200-250m per scroll, in Khaini at least

just renegades 40% 2H scroll for the cheapest and most dangerous
It depends on what your budget is. In the end if you want a perfect bow, you can either Bow att 50%s + White scrolls, or get it GM scrolled by someone. In the end it should costs around 1.5-2b
