Yeah, it does. Since TT is moved to 3rd job in Justice with a nerfed damage %, why keep the nerfed formula from Chaos for it? That would only make it weaker. The QT we get will be like TT pre-Chaos nerf.
I've read the current nerfy formula for Triple Throw gets removed and QT actually works under our damage range. So 293% x 4 maxed
293%, similar to the current TT we have.
