Get a good % hp top and bottom if you aren't getting the empress set

wow its pretty cheap in scania and yeah IM most likely going for a % top and bot and getting an empress weapon already in the process of scrolling it

best you can get with a overall is 33% hp 12%12%9% top is 12%12%9% and bottoms is 12%12% dhb(40%) hmm i think i know what wins

Eh I just got the 7 set empress because it wasn't that much, 30% hp bonus
