Turns out I was banned
So last night I kept getting the message that I was "hacking" according to the GM police while at mp3 on my battle mage. They kept dcing me. I thought nothing of it because of all of the new content and just logged back on. Glitches happen.
Turns out that my account actually got banned. I don't have the slightest idea what I did to deserve it, but I'm honestly at a loss for words. I just came back to hop on my characters, do a little grinding to pass the time while the server check on WoW was over, and see if I was still in any of my guilds or had friends left.

The macro thing they have if you expand the skill window. Not an independent program. Dur
@xxnekrozxx: I tried the email thing. It gave me the same results.
Considering how much money and support I have given Nexon since I was a sophomore in highschool, I think this is totally unacceptable to be treated this way. Go to any other MMO and they will bend over backwards to help you get your characters back. My friend just recently got hacked in WoW. The GM's had his account, all of his gear, and money back to the exact same way he left it in [b]less than an hour[/b].
With Nexon, you would be lucky if you heard from them in a week. I've dished out tons of cash for nx, so MS might as well be a pay to play game like WoW, Rift, ect.

same here dude i can't log in to my main character it been 4 days by now , at ranking it just say i'm rank as a rookie wth is that suppose to mean dang it nexon should just go and die >.< >.<
@Bioshocked the exact same thing happned to me, a bam training at mp3, dc'd me a lot, then i got banned... Its been more then 24 hours seine it happened and I still cannot enter the game. I'm thinking about trying out ems for the time being.... I hope you have better luck then me.
Alright, so I just tried to log in using the game launcher. It doesn't do anything when I click log in after putting in my id and password. I log in through the site and then when I click a channel, it auto disconnects me. It doesn't give me a reason if I am banned or not.
So what I can only assume is that I was blocked rather than being banned because of the oh so advanced GM auto-block police. Is it because I got that notification so many times that I was hacking?

1.- U got blocked (not banned) for 1 day or so
2.- the only way that u know the time that ur account got blocked is loggin with the louncher (ask a friend to help you with that if ur louncher isnt working)
3.- Dont try to connect with that account cuz u gona keep dcing at CH window

If you're perma banned like I am, you can log onto the website; you just can't log on in game to your characters.

I think its bs that they started that in the first place. They changed this game in so many bad ways that it isn't even funny.

I can log into the site. I've been banned before because of my ex girlfriend like four and a half years ago, but that's different. My ranking is "rookie" rather than a number.
Is this even worth appealing? I don't know if this has happened to anyone recently. Didn't see anything on the forums.
The email used for the account expired. I made a mule email way back when because I got hacked one time. I made the email on a different computer, on a different wireless network, and used a totally different password.
And no, the only Nexon game I have ever played is MS.

Try changing the password really quickly on the nexon site

Gamelauncher doesn't work for me. It says it can't find the instillation path. I think them making it so you log on through the site is crap.
Try loading MS from the Gamelauncher.
I was setting up a macro for my staff booster, the hyperbody thing, and the thing that gives you hp back when you deal damage for battle mages. I didn't want to waste three keys like that.
Edit: Doesn't say. I went and looked at the site and none of my characters are on the rankings. They are just labeled as "rookies."
What type of ban is it?
I did nothing but grind. I think I said one thing to one person along the lines of "brb, setting up a macro." I get dc'd one time, then can't log back on. I don't know if it is worth filling out a ticket or something. This just seems all sorts of stupid.
