Heavens Hammer change
In the v.118 - Champions Update , the skill changes for Paladin shows;
Heaven's Hammer: Changed to multi hit skill: At Master Level: Damage changed from 1700% to 425%, Number of Attacks: 4.
Does this mean there is no more cooldown? I'm interested in making a Paladin, but I'm wondering about this first.
