Work out problem

Hey basil I workout about 5-6 times a week and I eat really healthy. My question is if I don't sleep for one while day, and in that day I workout, and I workout again in the morning without sleeping would it affect my gains? And does smoking bud or smoking in general affect your gains too? I heard it does but idk pls help ):

well the 3 main components of making gains is pretty much training hard, eating right, and sleep/rest. I'm sure that just 1 day of not sleeping will not give you noticeable effects in your gains.

On the smoking part, it's better to smoke marijuana rather than cigarettes, cigars, etc. but marijuana can still affect your gains. This i because even though marijuana doesnt have any toxic chemicals like in cigarettes, you are still inhaling smoke. When you inhale smoke, your lungs cant supply the optimal oxygen to your muscles when working out, which makes it so that you cant workout as hard.
do you recommend supplements? i already take alot of protein shake and I was thinking about pre-workout or creatine
Just to touch on this, supplements are fine to take, but remember that it's best to get them from wholesome foods. If your budget doesn't allow that (creatine is notoriously difficult to get enough of from meat), supplements are a good way to go. Creatine is fine to take, provided you stay hydrated and take it in reasonable amounts. Pre-workout isn't really necessary unless you do "long" exercises like cardio or high volume lifting. Also if you find you lack the energy to perform well in the gym, it's good to have. Otherwise it's completely unnecessary, and you'd be better off having some instant coffee with just a bit of water.
EDIT: You should probably find out if you have sensitivity to any of the ingredients in creatine powders, pre-workout etc. before you go trying anything.
Workout hard 5 rest 2 for standard workouts
If you're doing really intensive workouts without a lot of weight then take more rest days
@BitterChilly: Well are you talking about staying up for over 30+ hours without sleep? If so, yes, because you're doing it once a week. This video explains a good bit about why sleep is necessary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3W6j_FP7kA
Note what he says about being awake for over 22hours.
There are also implications as to the effects of lack of sleep:
Loss of muscle
Decreased testosterone
Increased cortisol (which in itself is not bad, but lack of sleep can push it too high)
Exacerbates conditions like depression, diabetes, etc
Increases hunger
Increases fat retention

That was copy/pasted from a post on reddit about fitness and the importance of sleep, referencing the following article http://examine.com/faq/how-important-is-sleep.html
Basically you're screwing yourself over. Get more sleep. Also rest more, there's no need to workout nearly every day of the week unless you're bodybuilding or are coming close to a competition of some sort. Take some rest days; allow your body to actually grow, instead of attacking it all the time.
As for the smoking, you're affecting your respiratory system and resultantly the amount of oxygen you're taking in. So yes, you're affecting your "gains". It being weed may or may not be more or less detrimental than solely tobacco, but I'm not informed enough about it to make a good enough statement.
if i didnt sleep for just one day would it affect it alot?

Well your muscles regenerate the most while you are sleeping so missing sleep isn't good for that reason and for others, why can't you sleep? Smoking tobacco is bad for you (if that's what you were doing), don't know about silly buds.
