Question on % stats
Does the % stat take the percentage from your base AP or total. Say you have 600 base STR but with equips its at 700. So does the % come from 600 or 700? If it comes from the total then wouldn't it be better to equip the lower % first then the higher % to get more bonus stats out of the higher %?

It's the base.
It takes it from your base + flat increases from equips. Basically everything except other % equips. Not sure about how they work with Maple Warrior though.
