I imagine that for some reason they actually need the game online to fix something which is odd however yeah the game is completely unplayable. You're more likely to get banned than actually play anything.

@thispig3 I'm assuming they did the changes listed in the previous scheduled maintenance (Add the dragonoir and that other mount into the coin shop, fix some other stuff, that I can't remember) in addition to fixing the issues in Broa and Windia where hackers could turn players into phantoms (even their skills changed). That part is likely why there was no end time lol.
