@Kazzooey
Eh I have CO on all the time via auto buff. I also have another +3 skills from other sources, like my empress set and the leafre card set. I see where you're coming from, but don't think I'll ever agree.
matter of preference I suppose. I see so many people complaining about how slow 2nd job is though, and it was a breeze for me.
Hahaha I'm laughing with every one of these damn comments

And @Kazzooey said, "For I so love Paladin-kind, I give unto you my sacred guide. That all may read it and learn of its' holy ways."
Learn it. Live it. Love it.

Yes, HP Recovery is very much useful for end-game stuff. It's relatively useful in Empress because of that god awfully long potion cooldown. And it comes especially useful in Magnus. Often times I'll only have 50% hp and he comes rushing at me, and I use this while my potions are on cooldown and it will then save my life. But then, of course, he instakills with that OP yellow attack of his.
Make sure you have this fully maxed with CO at least.
IMO:
2nd: Leave out Ground Smash(ofc)
3rd: Max everything BUT HP RECOVERY
Why you might ask? Its useless in 4th. You're invincible with or without it.
4th: Everything is maxed.
@Thiefzer0 I, as many other Paladins, are against CO reliant 2nd Job. Sure you'll get through it faster but now with Monster Park Extreme and level 60 job advancement, 2nd job is a breeze. And who in their right minds wants CO on ALL The time? Because you lose out on 2 points of mastery and 2 oh-so-precious points of Slipstream (since it only has 5 total) and various others. 2nd job only lasts for a few hours, but 60-200 can last for years dude.
CO Reliant 2nd Job is NOT recommended.
I agree 100%. Maxing your core skills for 2nd job is much easier/better in the long run and 2nd job takes very little time to get through. Kazzooey knows his stuff people!

Yeah. I still don't see why people ditch ground smash. It's superior range over slast blast makes training a lot easier when you 1 hit or 2 hit KO all the mobs at those levels. I tend to do the same thing in 2nd job as 3rd job. put all abilities 2 points below max and let CO max em out.

2nd job: max everything except ground smash
3rd job: max everything except the three elemental charge skills, which you should leave at 18/20
4th job
very high priority: advanced charge
high priority: divine shield, holy charge, blast
mid priority: guardian, achilles, maple warrior
low priority: rush, monster magnet
stance depends on personal preference, some people feel it's important (me) and others don't
For 2nd and 3rd job you will probably want 2 points below max in each skill (except CO, that must be max), because with CO it puts it at max. If I'm right, you should be able to "max" everything.
As for the order, you'll want your charges up soon... and some other things which I can't remember. Been a while since I've used my Paladin.
