I need to make 3k nx but I'm not sure which surveys/offers to do. What ones have you guys tried that work and are quick/easy?

Do not do any download ones. I got a virus immediately after downloading one and there was a keylogger in my system.
download ones if done correctly
Get a job or do something for a friend for money.... much faster and easier
You should do the ones that pay 30 NX each, they take around a minute each or some even 5 seconds, and they all work ^^, you only need to do 100 in order to get your desired amount.
Don't do high paying offers, those are scams
