You can get the potential by completing the Hob King/Silent Crusader set. But make sure that you complete one of those two first, since its glitched atm so u'll be stuck with the first set you finish.

Do you have to potential it yourself, or does it come with completing an entire set?
Is the set bonus still glitched? Because I'm still stuck at +5 hp >.<
He means 15% ignore monster defense?
You get that if you finish the Silent Crusade/Hoblin PQ set. It's not that hard
I have that too, go do the Hoblin PQ and get all the cards from those monsters and you get that set.
