If Nlc is going to be destroyed no more pots?

By that, I mean Miki the NPC where we get our lovely Honsters, Mana Bulls, Sorceror Elixirs...etc etc from for a lovely price. Since the patch is going to be introducing the aliens destroying the place, does that mean we won't have access to these pots anymore (temporary?)? Or is this a separate phenomenon? I'm a bit confused since I do not see any descriptions of NPCs being removed in the patch notes (and I know that it's an expansion). xD
