Ap when you hit lv200
Hey guys i was just doing some research and i found that when you hit lv200, you will have 999 primary stats and 23 secondary stats.
So my question is, there will be 19 extra points when you hit 200?
Does the 23 also includes the 4 from the very beginning?
Any help is appreciated

well but adding the ap into the secondary stat could increase our range even by a little more somehow. lol
