Should I perfect an ele staff or empress staff to upgrade to sweet water? I'm not sure what the best option is and please do consider FLY update where speed cap is possible

Should I perfect an ele staff or empress staff to upgrade to sweet water? I'm not sure what the best option is and please do consider FLY update where speed cap is possible

Yes.
The FLY patch is around the corner, which gives us max staff attack speed with a slow(8) staff.
@Ness I think he's talking about whether or not he should stay with an ele staff for the rest of his bam career or switch over to a empress staff and upgrade to the sweet water. I'd probably suggest the sweet water staff.
You can't upgrade an elestaff.
