we can go to 4 if you AP reset (or are a UA) but you'll end up with 23 by lvl 200 (unless you got that extra 10 a few months back)... the choice is yours, I started out dexless since the beginning so it's not a big deal for me, but personally, I'd AP reset if I were in your case

nope, all thieves can with the full AP reset

If it's a fairly small amount of stats, just wait. If it's something like 70+, just grab it now if you have the spare NX.

its only worth it if your secondary is over 80+ if not you can deal with it for now until they give out free ones
