My range is around 90k and I hit 500k x6
MultiSkills does 750k´s with a 110 range.
40k more would easely get you to 999k´s.

My Pally has a 20k range with 16% Boss and I can hit about 100k per crit so if you multiply it by ten you should get about a 200k range to hit max damage with crits and 16% boss.

110k range buffed with Divine shield = 690k-750k x 6 I dunno how to do the math to get 999,999 though.
