Im wondering if this hair was ever available

I've seen this hair in BannedStory for some time now, as well as on the Battle Mage boss during the Greatest Class event.
Was it ever obtainable?

In GMS, no. I believe another maple version uses it, but [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStory-Fashion-Male-Hair-Battle-Mage.html]we have a different battle mage hair.[/url]
