Could you be banned for this?
I was thinking of trying to run maplestory using linux through Wine though I don't know if it will work. And if it does could I be banned for using a third party program? Is wine a Third party program?

I thought Nexon said this was a Windows XP/Vista/7 only game. Look, there's even a Window icon on the Key Config.
3rd party programs don't get you banned, EVER. Why? If they aren't allowed you get kicked from the server if you do not get kicked you have nothing to worry about you can ONLY get banned by HACKS that A/B or GMs for Hacking which is a perm-banned.

Nothing I have windows, but I use linux often and it's inconvientent to have to switch operating systems.
