Both Kanna and Hayato Hypers was revealed in some other MS version a while back yes. Just google it and you'll find them

They would have announced it if they were going to
My guess is that--if we get it--we'll get it by RED.
Are they out in JMS?
I think it would be more fitting of Nexon to put them in the RED update imo
