@Watermelon: Yep
Diversion, quadropus. both are free
Idk if it's still available in the android market (I downloaded it a while ago) but I have a DS emulator that I'm playing all the Phoenix Wright games on
Was it free?
@bloodIsShed: A lot of games are pretty laggy (I have a Droid 4 so I'm not sure if they'll be any better on the S4), but stuff like the Ace Attorney series works really well since it's essentially falls into the visual novel genre and there's not a lot of action going on. Some games work better than others, though. It might take a bit of trial and error to figure out what works best but I mean it's good if you've never had a ds or if there's a game you never got to play or something.
thanks for the suggestions
i guess i won't root it (for now at least)
@TheZigen aren't ds games laggy on s4?
also, anyone knows a good app for watching youtube videos that lets you toggle the video quality? thanks..
Zedge (ringtones)
Alarm Clock Extreme (I have trouble waking up, this helps a lot)
Flashlight app/widget
I don't play much games but you can get an emulator online for free for DS/GBA. I play Pokemon occasionally.
Well then you did it wrong. Rooting is not very difficult when you follow one of the multitude of instructional videos out there. I spent a few hours reading up on the terms involved with rooting, what you can do with it, and stuff like that. It took about 20 minutes to root and install Cyanogenmod. I've saved about $250 by just manually installing a ripped apk file from the internet instead of purchasing it from the App store.
I did root it correctly, but it just killed some functions on my phone such as the vibration and the key lights
DO NOT root it. I messed up my old android phone badly when I did. You can do it if you want, but I highly recommend that you don't.
