x2 Exp Time Ticket
Hi everyone!
Just wondering if anyone knew how to get the "attendance" x2 exp coupons to work. They're labeled as 2x EXP Time Ticket, and the description is "Double-click to exchange an EXP Coupon that you obtained on Star Planet for a coupon with doubled duration."
When I double click on it, and choose one of the options, I get: "You cannot make an exchange because you don't have the _________ EXP Coupon."
Can anyone please help me?

Could you clarify by playing some games? I've never done Star Planet before, and don't know what I'm supposed to do
