I'm surprised no one said Dragon Saga (Dragonica). The game is kind of dead now, but it was the only MMORPG I could find that was similar to MS and had unique features.. It has a good feel to it and the combat is nice. There's also PvP if you're into that. Looks like when they changed companies and renamed, most didn't like it and quit. I still found it really good. If MS were to close, I'd play that.
MONSTER
HUNTER

mabinogi, it has all your requirements. there aren't any classes, you just learn all the skills and rank it up depending how you like it. its a game that requires the lease amount of spamming unlike MS
Old School RuneScape. You need to be a member to play though. Which is about $7 per month.

Elsword is the only one that comes to mind.
It's not Nexon. Not over here, atleast.
@blueblade555: I play it myself, and I find it pretty worth it.
@klu180 Well they do sound good but something that is not nexon related would be nice.
@TheAxelFenrir same as klu180 nothing that is nexon.
@WhoIsDead Well the game does look good but I don't want to pay per month.
Wakfu is a 2.5D RPG that's pretty anime-ish. I mean, it's not realistic but not SUPER anime-ish. It has a turn-based battle system and about 14 mostly unique classes (including an archer), which is pretty fun and unusual, but it's subscription based, to the extent where you can only play in Incarnam (the tutorial village) and Astrub (the center-most nation). You have to subscribe to do anything anywhere else. Thankfully, subscribing isn't too expensive, just six dollars a month.
Dragon Nest? Elsword? Idk.
