Yeah, I've gotten 6 and 5 of the other bosses but only 1 skull reaper after 12 runs

I've gotten 4 skull reapers and nothing else.... Is it 5 of each boss to get that medal?

Skull Reaper's rare? I got that on the first run.... and died since the potting key was off a key than my usual.
