Nintendo Nx Dragon Quest
Well then http://kotaku.com/setsession?r=http%3A%2F%2Fkotaku.com%2Fthese-are-the-first-nintendo-nx-games-1720545061&sessionId=d2e90496-3983-43a9-9bf2-af06737f0d2b
With this and Project Cars skipping Wii U, it sounds like the system will at minimum be at Ps4/Xbone power. It also sounds like a 2016 release since devs apparently have NX kits to play with.
Thoughts?

...well when has Nintendo not done backwards-compatibility.
I just hope they don't pull a TP and release the new Zelda game on the NX only
It sounds like they WILL be pulling a TP. TP was released on Gamecube and wii. From what Nintendo is saying and the course of NX, Zelda U will be released on both platforms as well.
Well, time to save up for the next Smash.

Trade it in on one of those upgrade deals
But then what do I do with my Wii U?
Nintendo...if the system isnt on par with the next gen Xbox and Playstation your just going to prove how behind you truly are. Sure graphics arent everything but to some consumers its a major turn off. Honestly i dont care for graphics because gameplay is what truly makes a game great, but this seems more like a forced move since The Wii U sold horribly.
If this is a forced move then its a smart one they will benefit from.
