Post-Chaos PDRate Discussion
It seems that PDrate has not been working since Chaos. I was doing a duo PB run with my friend, and when we got to PB, my damage on Final Cut, which would normally range from 300k-500k on the last six hits, only ranged from around 100k-150k. I had a total ignore PDRate of 60% (15% from dagger, 15% from katara, 30% from Leafre Set Bonus), and it seems that 0% of the PDRate was ignored. Has anyone else had any similar experiences?
Bottom line: Ignore PDRate does NOT work right now.

Ignore PDR is not additive. In the case for PB, you would ignore 70% of PB's PDR, which would subtract 49% from PB's 70% PDR and leave PB with 21% PDR.
There have been threads about this on SP and SW too. I think it's just not working right now. You don't see a noticeable change unless you fight bosses with very high PDR. PB has 70%. My equips would have reduced it to 28%, but clearly it has not. I don't even think it reduced 15% either (59.5% PDRate)
Really? I just got 15% pdr from mu lung set and was looking forward to some good boss damage.
