Has anyone watched Wolf Children? amp an/mnga recommendation?
Did you guys like it? I'm planning on watching it but wanted some opinions on if it's worth watching.
Also, any good Shoujo or Shounen anime/manga that I should watch or read? Could be any genre, though, I mostly go through action, romance, or comedy, and sometimes with the exception of horror/thriller.
I'm planning on watching Fairy Tail, one of a shoujo anime that I like is Kaichou Wa Maid-sama, and latest manga I've probably read was Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul:re.
Thanks in advance.

for manga, i'd suggest mushishi (the chapters that comprise seasons 1 of the anime)
and for anime, i'd suggest mushishi S2
pre good
the most shounen things i've ever seen or read (that was good) was gurren lagann
i dont read shoujo
most good things are seinen though, i find
@pashmimi: Oh, thanks! I'll look forward to watching it then.
Check out these movies, they are also done by Mamoru Hosoda
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time
Summer Wars
Digimon the movie ( very similar to Summer Wars)
and the new movie The Boy and the Beast (Bakemono no Ko)
It bored me, so I skimmed it
yes go watch now
Wolf Children is a really lovable movie
@bluemistar
Bakemono no Ko was so good, some people didn't like it but that's tumblr being like "I didn't like the way women were represented" like... that's not relevant to the story even?/?//? Even if he had some strong female character as his bff, the story would have been the exact same. calm down tumblr
Anyway, that's not even relevant to the movie itself. The animation was SO PRETTY, I was internally drooling through the whole movie. There were so many things I loved about it, like the whole thing about the darkness in our hearts really stuck with me, that image is not leaving me for a while. I won't say too much, because I want you to enjoy it spoiler-free.
@redmarker: I'm totally excited for Bakemono no Ko, too!
I loved Wolf Children. If you like it after seeing it yourself I'd check out other movies directed by Mamoru Hosoda like The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. Can't wait to watch Bakemono no Ko when it comes out .
As for manga I'd recommend My Hero Academia, the art pulls me in for some reason and it feels like it has so much potential.
Wolf Children is very nice. Also, watch the 'Color' movie!
it's pretty good
