@BlueSerenade: I haven't kept up with prices of those so i can't help you there. But the Ghost Exorcist Badge can be obtained through the Captain Lantica questline in Boat Quay Town. Its fairly easy, just a couple of chain quest and must be level 150+ to start.

@BlueSerenade You can get the Ghost Exorcist Badge from doing the Capt. Latanica questline in Singapore.
