Does drain do anything in pvp
I thought it did nothing only in ice knight, but I haven't noticed it really doing anything in team matches either.
Even though it says it steals hp in pvp, has that part been disabled?

meh, drain is hardly useful in pvp, but I still have blast
I don't have sharkwave, if I wanted that, I would have made a TB at the time

yeah I did notice the massive delay on it
but even when I'm not getting hit or getting healed, I dont notice drain giving me any hp whatsoever =[
