Facebook chat problem
Hey guys, I've been getting
"a few seconds ago
We were unable to fetch previous messages in this conversation." for facebook messenger on comp and
"unable to load messages" on any smart device.
Its only started today and I have no idea what to do but it seems that I'm able to send other people messages but however cannot receive or view any other messages. I can't even load my inbox.
Has anyone else experienced this before? and what did you do to solve it? o:

It happened to me as well. Im sure they'll fix it soon or something
You could clear the memory (ram) of your phone if you haven't done so in a while. You could restart your phone if you haven't done so in a while.Clear the cookies in your browser on your phone and on your PC. If any of this doesn't solve the problem, it's on facebook side and just wait it out.
I've had that happen many times. i just waited it out
