quick weather question
ok so I'm going into the city tonight.
the high is 44 degrees and the low is 31 degrees.
and I'll be out until 9:21.
is that cold enough that I should wear a pea coat and a sweatshirt and a hat? or what should I wear?

I ended up just wearing a sweatshirt and hat.
today it was around the same here, and i was snowboarding in ski pants and a light winter jacket (it's basically a windbreaker that's lined). ended up taking my toque off because I was warm. but if you're not moving around much, you should be fine in between a hat and peacoat.
It's warm enough to go naked.
