Should I trade this thief empress cape for pendant?

Which one is worth more,

thief empress cape, 13 luk, 10 dex, 6 atk, 15% luk 4% nebbed
or vip pendant, 10 all stats, 9 dex, 18% dex, 4% nebbed clean

P/c on both items?

I'm the one with the thief cape, should I trade it for the pendant? which one would be worth more? My one has 3% less of a stat but you can cube a pendant keep any stat while it takes 4 times as many cubes getting %s on empresses
