Buy a Fafnir staff for as little as you possibly can. Collect as many leaves as you possibly can. At 5k per leaf, you'll need to spend roughly 3b on scrolling alone. If you can't afford to do that, buy a temporary loveless/empress staff pre-potted and pre-scrolled with previous event scrolls (+5 or +8 matk ones), along with a Tyrant cape and Gollux equips with anything left over.
