BaM if you want to boss, DS if you want to train. I would personally go with BaM,

Demon Slayer is op, Battle Mage isn't, but is strong.
Demon Slayer can be fun, though, because of the mass mobbing, mobility, and infinite survivability. Overpowered as Luminous, but much more fun.

I like DS a lot, never really played BaM. But the ds demon impact is pretty great, also demon cry is op also. Although I heard that BaM was also op at fourth job.

BaMs also have 100% stance with their 150 hyper, they're not quite as mobile as DS's but they've got good speed... They also hit with large skills having BKB take both plats at HOH. Personally I perfer BaM (which is a little bias) but to each their own

mage equips are cheaper!
