This was why i love Maplestory from before the Big Bang. Everyone was so nice to one another, and it was rewarding if you level up, not like these day where you can level up in 10mins or so...
So nostalgiac < 3 Thanks for making my memories resurface, my heart hurt a little, and reminding me of the happy times this game has given me. For all the poop that people give this game, its still been pretty fun
im so disappointed in myself for coming back and not only apologizing to the screen poster for getting mad at them about this picture, but also for liking it afterwards, just because of mr.basil's anger towards the community.
@MushroomCorn: Same here. It reminds me of those good days back then, when nearly everyone you met was friendly. It's that piece of nostalgia that makes me want to play again, but in reality, its gone. It's nice to see a screen of something so friendly, instead of it being about numbers on an item.
It's sad how many haters there are for this screenie. There's nothing wrong with having a picture like this with all of your friends smiling... @6AboveMe, Like he said, it's to remind people about how it's not all about damage and leveling, but having fun. Really like this screenie, it's nice. Good job.
I remember when I used to hate this picture. I thought it was stupid, pointless, a picture that had no business being posted here.
How foolish I was. This isn't just a simple picture of four Maplers smiling. It's a reminder. It tells us to play MapleStory for fun. Not damage or mesos or fame. The four guys in this picture couldn't care less about those. They still know how to have fun in MapleStory, no matter how simple their expression of that may be. For that reason, this is a picture that should stay here.
Its hard to get everyone to smile at the EXACT same time and screen it. All the times I tried that, someone wasn't smiling, or they were but when I screened it, someone had stopped smiling...
Actually, it's not hard at all. Just tell them to keep pressing F2 until you tell them to stop, DUH.
This, I know the guy who posted this screenie and he said that it's supposed to remind people of the good old days and FRIENDSHIP. At all you people saying "it's just a normal screenie, why so many likes" or people that are being sarcastic. Just leave.
Well, that's quite an interesting statement, considering most of the people there are KoC's, so unless 1 year ago was "the good old days," I respectfully disagree
The chill mage guy who always agreed to PQ with you since he was bored (LPQ) The crazy thief dudes who were somehow EXTREMELY rich... all of them had like 20 sets of steelies. And then the random guy who only one of your friends know and everyone else doesn't

This picture is a clasic case of maple being replaced with real life
I love this picture. It's centered around the ideal of MapleStory being what it should be. A collection of friends having a good time.

Cool picture. That's the way gaming is supposed to be.
