I recommend %luk eqp since you can resell once you get more meso.

Well from prices I've seen recently, I don't think you can afford Windia 6 piece empress. Capes have risen to about 500mil for some reason, canes are anywhere between 150mil-250mil (it's rarely above 200mil but I've seen a few clean canes for 250miil before), and the rest of it is a good 120mil or so. That's most likely because a lot of people are having a hard time with empress since she has unlimited's hp and pre unlimited's recover. I say unlimited because unleashed is a bit broken in the bossing depo atm. Anyways I would aim for atleast some empress equips and probably a decent card. Something like PDR or % att or something, not %boss because those things are pretty expensive.

Get a 6 piece empress set, (Hat, gloves, Shoes, overalls, Shoudler and cape). Next you need a good cane. Faf or Emp can will do. Faf canes in Renegades go for 2 bill-1 bill
Get 6% luk+ Tempest. Did you make a absolute ring? You want that 5 att rings are ok too. Try scrolling a bunch of cards with 70% pot scrolls. Get the leafre card set. (30% def ignore.) SE is good for Crit. Links skills to lvl 2. (Kaiser, Lumi, Kanna, Xenon, Hayato) Those are nice. I perfer combo for 3rd job stolen skill as buff, unles you need to do HS. Don't forget about Char cards.

With 1b to spend, not sure about windia prices, but in scania, you won't be able to buy a empress set
best bet, go 6%luk tempest, some cheap evo rings and rest into empress

- Empress Gears
- Evo rings
- Look for a cheap Unique Card or 3-6% att card
- Clean Beryl Heart (self scroll with 50% unleashed scrolls)
- Android to go along w/ Beryl Heart

Depends what you already have, but if everything is clean i'd start with scrolling the weapon (if it's a decent clean one)
