I switched Ctrl with Alt and vice versa. So I would say that I use Alt the most.

In all seriousness though, I tend to favor Ctrl, Shift, and A for my attacks, and always have my potions and my most important buffs on the numpad.

A is far enough so that I don't feel uncomfortable pressing alt directly before, but close enough so that there's no need to stretch my hand in any way.

I press the arrows most, but I think you mean attack-wise. In that case, v, because that's Hurricane on my BM, and Heal on my Bishop. Or maybe the space bar, because that's double jump for my BM.

Besides arrows probably x, which is recoil.

over the amount of time played maple its goin to have to be the space button due to the fact i use it to talk to the npcs becuase im too lazy to use my mouse. now tht i think about it i barley even use my mouse when playing maple.

Shift(as my main attack), Z(pickup) or arrow keys(movement).

hmm end on the number pad. I have CL on that. Basically on home and pg up I keep pots and on end and pg down I have cl and tele. This way I can play maple with one hand when it is necessary.
