Did the Zak quests get reset again?
On ch 10, trying to do CZak, but it's just giving me the options to do the pre-reqs...which I know I have done considering I have killed Zak dozens of times on this char.

Maybe you need to be in a Chaos Zakum expedition(?). Maybe you're clicking the NPC needlessly rather than hitting up on the portal. No idea, really. Have a bump.
I'll give that a try. Never actually fought Chaos before, thought I'd give it a shot and it said ch 10 <_>
Edit: Tried on Ch11 and it's saying I need to do all three quests and have the Eye of Fire...which I have 20 of atm
Pretty sure it's accessible through Channel Eleven.
