You can get a random Tao by trading 2 Windraider Badges, 2 Stormbreaker Badges, 2 Nightshadow Badges, 2 Firebrand Badges, and 2 Crimson Hearts to the fat ninja at CWK after you've done the quests.. I forget his actual name lol.
Yeah, they're all tradeable.
If you can't find a seller, bring people along to CWKPQ and ask them to loot the Taos for you in the bonus stage. They drop like crazy in there.
