Its a level 90 3L legendary thief hat.
Line 1: monsters will be 30% weaker
Line 2: decent mystic door
Line 3: 9% Luk

I would keep it to use it as a Door Hat and cube something else that needs cubing. You should work towards a 3 piece CRA set in the long run to get that 50 att bonus anyways.
You should focus on cubing end game equips. (Royal Assassin Bonnet)
Idk if I should tho... I want more %luk and don't think I'll use the door, but I might get unlucky

Don't cube. I dont have a price tag for it but it's not gonna sell easily. Most of the time, it's CRA or nothing.
