So my 132 DB is not funded and my range unbuffed is about 19k and buffed about 23k. My weapon is a clean Revolution dagger, so is this any good for now?

Level up first. Range should not be your concern at all at your level, literally no point. You get equips or luk% now it wont even do much for your range.
