Wait why? They're just as strong though and they can also reach level 250
That would be a terrible idea. Then all the other classes would be as pointless as cygnus knights.

The heroes were 200 hundreds of years ago when they fought the Black Mage
Nothing says they can't get stronger with Cygnus awakening etc etc

Um how on Earth should we know? We don't even know what skills they're gonna get.
Explorers are already spread all over the DPM charts.
Arans should get a beyond beyond blade, thatd be sick

5th job for explorers only would definitely balance it out some more...

It depends how strong/weak 5th job is.
Would balance Explorers with the Novans but the Heroes aren't that good anymore (except Evan)
Resistance would need a small buff too
