Premium Surprise Style Boxes or Halloween Costume Boxes?

Just wondering whether it's better to buy Premium Surprise Style Boxes or Halloween Costume Boxes. I'm trying to make some mesos so I was just wondering which box could give you better things.

yea, then id definitely go with the halloween and then hoarding them for later cause they'll be so rare people will pay billions for them! >=)
@Dulcet: yes, the stuff that you get from the Halloween Costume Boxes are indeed permanent.

I would probably go for halloween boxes onlyy because they are only going to be in the cs for a limited time.
