I know I just recently started playing again and missed out on Kanna and Hayato. Kannas seem so much fun. Urgh. I'll just wait.

There's no way of knowing, but probably during some major event (significant update, new class release, seasonal event [for e.x. anniversary & summer events]).
Don't bother waiting for it; just keep an eye on patch notes when they get released.
Earlier than RED lol, RED isn't coming for like half a year
Probably in August or (if we're very lucky) when DA comes out
