Cash shop items
I haven't been playing maplestory for a while. I went to the free market shops and I noticed people were selling cash shop items for mesos just as you would for normal items.
How are you able to sell cash shop items for mesos like this?

Ok thanks for the info.
You can purchase CS Surprise Style Boxes and merchant the CS items you got to other players via a CS trade, or with a shop permit. Beware though, if you wear a CS item, it locks onto your character, a prompt shows up to warn you to confirm wearing a CS item you receive from the boxes.
You can get perm nx from boxes. You can trade them in game.
