Wiress Router Problems

Today the wireless my roommates and I use decided to take a crap on us. No matter how many times I unplugged it/reset it the internet connection wouldn't work. So, I decided to just factory reset the router. Now that I've done it, my computer won't identify the connection; it's there but it won't 'read' the connection. I've already restarted my computer, still no luck. When I look at the router, the light is correct (supposed to be blue instead of red). So, I have absolutely no idea how to fix this.

Can I haz a quikfix pls? Thanks!
Oh yeah, it's Belkin and I can't connect to its web page for our login info thing.
Sometimes it helps to unplug the router and turn the computer completely off, then after a few minutes turn the router back on and when it comes back online turn on the computer and let it boot up. Then try to connect to the router's web page again.

Because it was factory reset, you might find it easier to try the setup CD to reset everything, if it can connect to the router.
Thanks. I tried the CD, but it was like "can't do, please call belkin for assistance". So, I might have to do that if it doesn't work by tomorrow.

Wow I just noticed I misspelled "wireless".
Not sure what that sentence means... is the light correct or not correct..?
The Belkin wireless only has one light that shows; blue light means it's connected, and red means there is no connection.

Also usually routers have more than one light... which light is this?
It's blue now but my laptop won't identify it.

What is the Model Number of your Belkin..?
N300 F9K1002v1

When you say you reset the router to factory defaults, how long did you hold the button in..? Just pushing it and releasing it will only "soft reset" the router. You have to push the button in and HOLD it for 15 seconds for it to reset to factory defaults.
I went into their web page http://192dot168dot2dot1 and used the factory reset option there. I already tried soft resetting before. Usually that would work but it didn't.

When you factory reset the router, it will put everything back to defaults, including the password. When you said you couldn't log into the router were you using:
192 dot 168 dot 2 dot 1 as the address in your browser, and the password as "blank" (that is, don't type anything just leave the line blank)...?
Yes, I was using that address. But I can't get on it now.
