@Mbarb5: idk how to respond to this other than disagreeing. i got 2 from coolers after clicking on them. idk if this has any relevance but im level 200 and got them from qualm trainees and they r above level 150
Does anyone know if specific mobs drop them? For example mp3 mobs don't drop etc?

You get them from monsters around your level. 10 levels under, not sure about how many above. There are semi-hard to find, but since theres this new 3x drop and exp thing it will make it easier. I searched today for it and got mine in about 10mins.
I have 6 surfboards from random monster drops at KSH today. 4 are below avg. u_u

in like 100 coolers that i got i never got one surfboard. I get all the surfboards from monsters casual drops

u get them from the blue box that looks like a cooler
You get them around your Level,as in Monster drops them. low but worth it. Oh and quick question,how much is a 107 attack SS PSB cost?
