i would recommend you follow rormc's outline. I dont recommend Shinny's because the kents' map is horrible and Master Death Teddies are a tad slower exp. Dual Ghost Pirates is the best monster for you up to 120 because of the narrow map and massive spawn. Shinny's outline can work if DGPs are full but i would recommend you go to MDT and not kents. Thats what i did

EDIT: oh and you can also do Hob PQ until 100. Its decent exp+money maker if you dont feel like training. Other than that, you can go to Mp3 until 102ish

Well, from 84 to around 90, you'd go to Magatia.
Once you hit close to Gallopera level, go there to 100-102ish.
After that, head to Captains in Herb town, stay there until 108-110
From 110 to 114-115, go to ludibrium, and train on dual ghost pirates
From 116-120, Stay at ghost pirates, or go to Master death teddies, or at a higher level, try kents.
