Windows 7 Volume Mixer
Hello people,
I want to know how I can get into a Skype call and play a game, while Real Player is running, but every time, Volume mixer automatically reduces it to the point where my music cannot be heard, I have already set the 'do nothing' in the communications tab in audio settings.
I'm using Windows 7.
Thank you in advance.
Edit 1: I have tried Real Player with just that and Skype, it doesn't seem to be automatically adjusting, so I have come to the conclusion that the adjustment may be coming from the games I play (League of Legends).
This might not be too much help, but im just saying that i use realplayer, skype and play games all at once perfectly fine...
EDIT: i'm also using windows 7 and playing League of Legends
Would you happen to know why?
That's fine. Then I can reasonably conclude that RealPlayer, which I have never used, has some kind of "dimmer switch" effect going on. There are plenty of good alternative music players to use such as winamp and foobar2000, but if you don't want to switch away from RealPlayer, then go see if you can change a setting within RealPlayer so that it doesn't reduce its playback volume.
Thank you for your response.
Does this happen with other music players?
It seems to not affect Windows Media Player, but affects Real Player, and I don't want to use Windows Media Player.
Also check the skype ones they do the same thing
